Refund Policy

Dr. Haugen and Fargo Flight Physical strive to do everything reasonable to help airmen receive medical certification from the FAA. Sometimes this is not possible due to any number of circumstances, and Dr. Haugen has no control over whether the FAA issues or denies medical certificates. Airmen are paying for the time and knowledge required to submit physicals to the FAA, not for a guaranteed result. As such, refunds are not given based on whether you are issued a certificate or not.

If you pay for your exam at the time of booking your appointment online (which is the usual process), and you are a no-show for your appointment, only a partial refund will be made, minus a $100 (one hundered dollar) no-show fee.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a partial refund will be made, minus a $50 (fifty dollar) late cancel fee.

If you cancel by phone more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a full refund will be made.
